The body is a threshold — a place where memory, sensation, and possibility meet. It holds stories long before the mind can name them, and it reveals them in its own time. My work is to listen with you, to honour what the body knows, and to support the unfolding that wants to happen. 

A Lineage Rooted in Lived Experience

Part of my approach is shaped by my own body. Years of navigating a coccyx deviation have taught me to listen differently — to honour subtle shifts, to work with what’s available, and to meet each person with the same curiosity and respect I bring to my own practice. This lived asymmetry has become a quiet teacher, deepening my sensitivity to nuance, pacing, and the gentle intelligence of the body.

Grace’s work is rooted in a simple truth: when the body feels supported, the whole person begins to unfold. 
She listens — to your breath, your body, your energy, and the unspoken stories beneath the surface. 
Her intention is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting for space.

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Hands‑on support designed to help your body unwind, release, and find more ease.  

I work with gentle passive stretching, contract–relax techniques, and subtle, fascia‑aware touch and positioning to encourage spaciousness through your system.  

You remain supported throughout, with clear communication and time to settle into each movement.

Yoga Sessions

A guided practice shaped around how your body feels on the day.  

My training is rooted in vinyasa, and from that foundation I adapt each session to meet your needs — whether that’s a targeted, slower, more restorative approach, or a steadier, more energising flow.  

Sessions are invitational, paced with your breath, and responsive to your movement patterns, offering structure without pressure.

GiYAS Flexible Practice

A spacious, adaptable option for those who want choice without complexity.  

Each appointment in this membership is booked as one full modality — either a complete Yoga session or a complete Assisted Stretch session.  

You’re welcome to alternate between modalities across your bookings, choosing what your body needs each time.
